The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) has awarded Bayes Coachlines with a maximum possible, 5 star operator rating, indicating excellent safety performance.
The purpose of the Operator Rating System (ORS) is to provide a fair and accurate indication of both the safety of an operator's fleet and the operator's compliance with land transport safety legislation.
